Asian casino operator Donaco International has fully reopened its Star Vegas Resort and Club in Poipet, Cambodia, from today.

The country’s government and local authorities have lifted the temporary closure measure on casinos in the province where the Star Vegas is located. The venue had been operating on a limited basis and to domestic customers only from September 2020.

At the same time, Donaco has announced that its Aristo International Hotel has been recently acknowledged as the only five-star hotel in the Lao Cai province of Vietnam by the local ministry of culture for a period of five years.

This gives the location an opportunity to attract new customers, notably because the new Sapa Airport’s construction is now well under way.
