Cambodian and Vietnamese casinos operator Donaco International has reported full-year 2020-21 revenues of A$10.32m, down from A$53.49 in 2019-20.

The Australian-based company had negative EBITDA of A$0.07m down from positive A$10.38m. The impact of Covid-19 is blamed for the downturn.

The company operates the Star Vegas Resort & Club in Poipet, Cambodia, on the border with Thailand, with over 150 gaming tables and 1,000 slots. It also has the Aristo International Hotel, a boutique casino in northern Vietnam, close to the Chinese border, with gaming tables and a licence for 300 slots.

The Star Vegas was only open for seven months of the year and has been closed this year from April, while the Aristo has been operating on a limited basis.
