The monthly aggregate revenue for the month of July 2023 from Detroit’s three casinos hit $107.2m.


MGM holds the largest amounts of market shares with 47 per cent, MotorCity hold 29 per centand Hollywood Casino in Greektown hold 24 per cent.

A total of $106.7m was generated from table games and slots, a 4.8 per cent increase against the previous month and a 0.7 per cent increase against July 2022.

The remaining $477,543 was generated from retail sports betting. Qualified adjusted gross receipts were up by $868,951 against the previous month, but down 62 per cent against July 2022.

Throughout the month, the casinos reported submitting $12.7m in wagering taxes and development agreement payments, and $23,944 in wagering taxes from retail sports betting revenue.
