The three Detroit casinos have reported a two per cent decrease against July for their August revenue, down to US$104.9m.
However, the figure is 0.1 per cent higher than August 2022.
A total of $104.6m was generated from table games and slots, while retail sports betting brought in $322,186.
MGM had 47 per cent of the August market shares, while MotorCity had 30 per cent and Hollywood Casino at Greektown had 23 per cent.
While MGM’s monthly gaming revenue came in at $24.4m, 11.7 per cent higher than the same month last year, MGM was down 1.7 per cent to $49.5m and MotorCity was down five per cent to $30.7m.
