The US gaming industry sizzled in July as all-sources revenue grew 31.23 per cent to $5.2bn over the same month in 2019, according to Fantini’s National Revenue Report.
That came on the continued proliferation of sports betting and igaming, which accounted for 10 per cent of total revenue.
Slot routes continued robust growth of 50.75 per cent to $467.188m over 2019 with double-digit growth in all states except South Dakota’s 9.55 per cent.
Legacy gaming grew a robust 18.39 per cent to $4.285 billion with double-digit growth from 15 out of 24 states.
