Technology company Star8 Corporation of Miami has signed a letter of intent to acquire St Vincent hotel group Pace Developments.
Pace owns 45 acres of land at Peter’s Hope, St Vincent, where construction work has already begun on the Black Sands Hotel that will have 450 rooms.
The first phase will be opening next year and an additional 200 rooms in phase two will be completed inside three years. Eventually the property will have a five-star hotel, condominiums, a casino, spa and its own marina.
