A two-acre parcel of land on South Las Vegas Boulevard in the Nevada gambling city is being bought by MGM Resorts International and Infinity World Development Corp.
The site is currently owned by national retail developers Bret Torino of Torino Development and Paul and Dayssi Kanavos of Flag Luxury. The deal is worth US$80.
The site is on the Las Vegas Strip and is within the CityCenter campus, next to The Shops at Crystals on the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Harmon Avenue.
The buyers have created a partnership, 63LVB, to develop a multi-level retail complex with casual and fine dining.
