Video gaming terminal operations have been restarted by major operator Penn National Gaming in the US, together with the reopening of three Illinois casinos.
Now 83 per cent of the company’s US gaming operations are back in business.
Penn, with 41 gaming and racing properties across the country, said that 34 of them have now resumed business in 14 of the 19 states where it has a presence.
Yesterday, three Illinois casinos and the Prairie State Gaming video gaming terminals operations in Illinois restarted.
