New tool for Chilean regulation launched

The Chilean gambling regulator has published a tool aimed at simplifying access to and knowledge and understanding of the country’s regulatory framework.

The Superintendency of Gaming Casinos said the Compendium of Standards will “organise and structure all current regulations in a single instrument.”

It said the document will be “constantly updated” to reflect the “dynamics of changes in the law, regulations and the development of best regulatory practices.”

The SCJ added that it hopes the new tool can contribute to the “dissemination, knowledge and easy consultation of the legal framework applicable to gaming casinos in our country.”
