BetMGM has teamed up with mental health service Kindbridge Behavioral Health to launch a new programme in Colorado to revolutionise the way problem gamblers access essential mental health services.

The programme aims to provide resources so that players in need can schedule appointments immediately with problem gambling outpatient treatment providers through telehealth services.

Gamblers who exclude from the BetMGM platform in Colorado will now, through the programme, be able to access a complementary mental health assessment and access a range of support to aid their recovery.

“It is important that the sports betting industry continues to invest and innovate in this field,” said Adam Greenblatt, CEO of BetMGM.

“Kindbridge is a leader in developing world-class mental health care that comprehends the unique challenges associated with gambling addiction. We are eager to champion the growth and expansion of connecting problem gamblers with the crucial services they need.”
