GIG Incorporated to utilize (Re)Activation Cloud advance from Enteractive

Maltese player retention and customer loyalty solutions specialist Enteractive has announced the signing of a deal that is to see three iGaming brands from Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) Incorporated utilize its (Re)Activation Cloud advance.

Headquartered in the Valletta suburb of Gzira, the innovator used an official Tuesday press release published by European Gaming Media and Events to detail that the agreement will involve the sites at Guts.com, Kaboo.com and Rizk.com exploiting its latest plug-and-play platform solution to increase their player reactivation and retention rates.

Enteractive announced that its (Re)Activation Cloud innovation ‘is driven by human interaction’ and helps iGaming operators to activate dormant players via the provision of live and personalized one-on-one conversations.
