German operator Gauselmann Group has acquired 35 arcades from a northern Germany rival, Bührmann Group.
The deal sees the arcades operated under Bührmann A+I, Play Fair Casino and Co KG and Gerdes Spielkonzepte and Co move into the Gauselmann estate of arcades.
The purchase will include 60 additional street locations in Bremen and Lower Saxony.
The deal has been protracted by the impact of the pandemic and has taken nearly two years to complete.
