A development at the Macau Fisherman’s Wharf casino and entertainment complex the Chinese territory, may see another gambling location opened up. It will certainly see a much-needed hotel complex erected.
Macau Legend Development is redesigning a planned project named Legendale Hotel for the waterside gaming and tourism complex, reports GGRAsia.
The news bureau said that Fisherman’s Wharf currently has two gaming venues, Babylon Casino – with no hotel – and Legend Palace Casino inside the Legend Palace Hotel. Both casinos operate under licence from SJM Holdings.There is no confirmation from Macau Legend that it wishes to have a casino at the Legendale Hotel when built. There are two other hotels in the destination currently, a three-star that has been closed since February and the Harbourview Hotel.
A spokesperson for Macau Legend, asked whether a casino would be included in the project, said: “We are maintaining the existing gaming inventory at Macau Fisherman’s Wharf. And in future whether or not we should have more gaming elements, we will seek our shareholders’ thoughts on this issue.”
