Elys BMG Group’s The Ugly Mug in Washington DC has received provisional approval to open its sportsbook.
The District of Columbia Office of Lottery and Gaming Regulation and Oversight Division granted provisional permission for it to open at 723 8th St SE.
This would make it the fourth privately owned sportsbook venue in the district powered by Elys’ innovative Gameboard betting technology.
It is expected that a grand opening for the sportsbook will take place on the week of April 27.
