Light & Wonder has struck a partnership with Golden Nugget Casino properties in the US aimed at driving up customer retention for the operator.


L&W’s Engage Enterprise Loyalty Platform solution now powers the 24K Select Club loyalty program for the company’s land-based stable of properties.

Employing L&W Engage Bridge, a component of L&W’s system-agnostic enterprise loyalty platform, the integration will elevate loyalty features for all Golden Nugget Casino gaming systems, L&W said, as well as helping marketing teams provide bespoke player experiences including the ability to redeem Golden Nugget Casino comp dollars at over 600 Landry’s locations nationwide.

Jon Wolfe, president of Global Systems and Service at Light & Wonder, said the company is “not just integrating systems, we’re creating experiences.”

L&W Engage Bridge systems can make use of features such as Bucket, Tier and Earnings Management.
