The Queen Baton Rouge, the first land-based casino in the Louisiana state capital, has opened, and is now operating with the help of Konami’s Synkros casino management system.
The rewards and benefits open to players can be accessed at any of The Queen Casino & Entertainment’s four venues. Including the company’s two Baton Rouge venues: Belle of Baton Rouge and The Queen Baton Rouge, formerly Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge.
“Launching best-in-class casino technology and seamless loyalty rewards through Synkros has been part of our vision for The Queen Baton Rouge following the successful installs at Belle of Baton Rouge, DraftKings at Casino Queen and Casino Queen Marquette,” said Terry Downey, president and CEO of The Queen Casino & Entertainment.
“We hope that the attractive rewards and technology will encourage loyal members and new guests to explore these exciting gaming and entertainment destinations.”
The Queen Baton Rouge underwent a comprehensive brand transformation as part of an estimated $85m project that saw it move from the Mississippi River to its new landside facility.
Louisiana’s first casino, Belle of Baton Rouge, is set to undergo a similar renovation and landside move, due to complete in 2024.
