A new casino-resort is coming for Henderson, Nevada, from Station Casinos.
The local operator is planning a 600-room hotel on a site that it owns in the southern Nevada city, says the Las Vegas Review-Journal. The site is in Inspirada and would have an 80,000sq.ft casino floor.
The location would also have 30,000sq.ft of convention space as well as F&B outlets, a bowling centre and a movie theatre.
Station already has a location in Henderson, the Green Valley Ranch Resort. Meanwhile Station is already building a $750m resort named Durango close by and has bought 67 acres of land in North Las Vegas for another hotel-casino.
It has also plans to demolish four of its properties that have not reopened after the pandemic – the Fiesta Rancho, Fiesta Henderson, Texas Station (pictured) and Wild Wild West in Las Vegas.
