The Rocky Gap Casino Resort in Flintstone, Maryland, US, is to be sold for $260m it was announced overnight.


Golden Entertainment, the owner of the Las Vegas Strat and other entertainment destinations, is selling the casino operation to Century Casinos.

Century will pay $56.1m for the operation and real estate company VICI Properties will pay $203.9m for the land and buildings. The venue has 25,000sq.ft of gaming, 200 bedrooms and five restaurants.
