The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has issued US$48,000 in fines for both land-based and online gaming violations.


Chester Downs and Marina, which operates Harrah’s Philadelphia Casino and Racetrack, has been sanctioned $35,000 for allowing people under the age of 21 to access the gaming floor and place bets.

Meanwhile, SportsHub PA, which is a licensed Fantasy Contest operator, has been hit with a $13,000 fine for a change of control of its licene without approval from the US state’s regulator.
