New Zealand’s casinos are reopening without any restrictions after the country has gone for two weeks with no new Covid-19 cases being reported and the government has dropped its alert level to Level 1.
The only restrictions now for New Zealanders are those concerning entry into the country.
The casinos in Auckland, Hamilton and Wellington no longer have to work to social distancing on its gaming floors and all machines and tables are operating without any restrictions. Nevertheless, operators believe that it will be some time before its level of business will be back to normal.
