The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement says casino licensees reported a 0.9 per cent decrease in net revenue for the third quarter of 2023.


The figure of US$971.8m was matched by a 7.5 per cent in gross operating profit to $281.2m.

Net revenue for the first nine months of the year, however, increased by 0.6 per cent compared to the prior-year period to $2.5bn.

Although, the overall trend of decline was added to by a slump in gross operating profit of 4.2 per cent for the first nine months of the year, to $632.1m.
