Green light for Aristocrat non-exec director

Aristocrat has announced it has received all the necessary regulatory pre-approval for Jennifer Aument as a non-executive director of the company.

Following this, the board of Aristocrat has now confirmed Aument’s appointment to the role.

Aument’s nomination for appointment to the board of Aristocrat was announced on April 11, 2023.

Aument will hold the office of non-executive director of Aristocrat and, being eligible, will offer herself for election by shareholders at Aristocrat’s 2024 annual general meeting.
