Expansion plans have been announced for the famous Cripple Creek casino, Bronco Billy’s, in the US state of Colorado.

As part of its preliminary quarter results, Full House Resorts said that it planned to respond to favourable changes in the state’s gaming laws with an expansion to the venue.

A 67 per cent increase in size to 300 luxury guest rooms and suites, where it was previously only planning 180, is the company’s reaction to the new situation in the state.

Increased parking , meeting rooms and entertainment space are now planned, with a rooftop pool, spa and fine-dining restaurant. The expansion will cost $180m.

The fourth quarter, ended December 31, is expected to show net revenues within the range of $37.8m to $38.5m, compared with $39m for 2019’s fourth quarter. Operating income is expected to be $7.1m to $8m compared to an operating loss of $0.4m.
