Wynn and Austerlitz form new casino operator

A new independent casino operating company has been formed between Wynn Resorts and Austerlitz Acquisition Corporation.

Austerlitz is combining with Wynn Interactive for the new business, although the Wynn Interactive name will be retained.

The new-look Wynn Interactive will continue to offer casino and sports betting mobile options to consumers in the US and UK through WynnBET, BetBull and WynnSLOTS brands.

It currently has market access to 15 states covering around 51 per cent of the US population and anticipates obtaining more access soon.
