Another sportsbook has entered the fray in the new jurisdiction of Ohio, US, with Elys Game Technology completing the formal licence approval process.
Elys, through its Elys Gameboard Technologies subsidiary, is approved for Type C sports gaming proprietor licensing by the Ohio Casino Control Commission for five years.
The company has started to programme its platform to comply with the specification of the Ohio Lottery and is pursuing 3,000 potential host locations.
It plans to sign 100 at a time phases beginning in the first half of this year and in advance of the major league sports season in mid-August.
