The review of Sydney’s The Star casino by the New South Wales Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority has been extended.
The lawyer conducting the review into the casino’s activities, Adam Bell, had asked the authority for more time in order to pursue further lines of inquiry. His findings are now due to be handed down by August 31, 2022.
Authority chairperson Philip Crawford said that it was ‘fully supportive of Mr Bell examining additional witnesses and giving further consideration to a number of key issues.”
