Coronavirus closes Holland Casino venues

Home » Coronavirus closes Holland Casino venues

All of the Holland Casino locations closed from last night until at least March 31, following a press conference by Dutch Prime Minister Rutte and a follow-up appeal by the cabinet.

There are 14 locations in the Holland Casino chain and its CEO Erwin van Lambaart said: “The health and safety of our guests and employees is always paramount. We therefore naturally respect the measures that are now ordered from the government and RIVM.

“The branches of Holland Casino also usually have more than 100 guests and employees. That is why we do not take any risks and close all 14 branches for the rest of March. As a hospitality company, you prefer not to make such decisions, but we all have a responsibility to make a constructive contribution to resolving this public health situation.”
