Clarion Gaming has confirmed the organisation will continue to support the CHIPS charity when ICE moves to Barcelona in 2025.

At each edition of ICE, Clarion has offered two chairs to recipients of the gaming industry charity and Stuart Hunter, Clarion’s managing director, told CHIPS’ annual golf tournament that the “commitment will continue,” albeit with the physical handover “taking place at a special VIP event for the families held closer to home.”

Hunter added that the milestone of 700 chairs presented by CHIPS is a “landmark achievement.”

Linda Lindsay of CHIPS said: “On behalf of the charity and my fellow trustees I would like to place on the record my sincere thanks to Stuart and the entire team at Clarion Gaming for their continued and generous support.

“CHIPS would not exist if it wasn’t for the support of industry brands such as Clarion Gaming who enable us to give youngsters the twin gifts of independence and freedom.”
