Kentucky Derby race owner Churchill Downs had a fall in revenue in its third quarter of the current year.
The gambling operator showed net revenue of $383.1m compared with $393m and net income was also down, from $61.4m to $57m. EBITDA was a little up, however, at $163.2m compared with $156.1m.
In the quarter the company completed the acquisition of Caesars Poker Room in Salem, New Hampshire, and closed the acquisition of Ellis Park Racing and Gaming in Henderson, Kentucky.
It also announced a multi-year agreement with FanDuel to create a wagering experience with single wallet for horse racing and sports.
