Jean-Luc Biamonti, chairman of Monaco’s famous SBM casino company, has stepped down.
Biamonti had been a director of the company for 38 years and its chairman for the past 28. He told the company’s board that he leaves the business with an operating result higher than the previous record year in 2007/8.
His successor will be appointed at the end of the next board meeting on January 23/24.
