A second arcade has been raided in two weeks in Florida for housing illegal gaming machines.

As reported by CBS12, the Rio Arcade in Port St. Lucie – raided recently – contained around 140 illegal slot machines and on Tuesday, state officials took to the Treasure Bay Arcade in Fort Pierce.

They found over 50 illegal machines, with CBS12 reporting that the owner of the arcade is receiving 51 charges for operating illegal machines.

Sheriff Ken Mascara said one patron reported they did not know the operation was illegal, but Mascara added that was “no excuse” because of the PR program on illegal gaming produced by the Florida State Gaming Commission.

CBS12 also reported that all patrons are set to receive a court appearance notice.
