Swedish provider of premium online gaming solutions Yggdrasil has made its slots content available to an even wider audience worldwide thanks to a freshly-inked supply deal with Aspire Global. The Malta-based B2B online casino platform and solutions provider recently finalized the acquisition of BtoBet Ltd.

Under the terms of the deal, the Cherry AB subsidiary‘s extensive slots offering including popular games such as the smash hit Vikings trilogy – Vikings Go to Hell, Vikings Go Berzerk, and Vikings Go Wild, as well as more recent releases Valley of the Gods 2, Multifly!, Lucky Neko Gigablox, and Temple Stacks: Splitz, all of which come complete with exciting and innovative mechanics and features, will be made available to the B2B service provider’s customers.

The agreement includes YG Masters-developed proprietary games and titles. The fast-growing partner program enables independent studios to create and distribute top-quality content by leveraging Yggdrasil’s global network, advanced tech, and expertise in the industry.

In a recent press release, Chief Executive Officer for Yggdrasil, Fredrik Elmqvist, commented on the strategic partnership, saying…

A one-stop-shop, Aspire Global comprises a technical platform, proprietary casino games and sportsbook, as well as a game aggregator. The firm currently provides its platform to over 60 operators and operates several B2C-brands. BtoBet takeover:

As mentioned, Aspire recently finalized the 100 percent acquisition of B2B Sportsbook Provider BtoBet. Originally announced on September 17, 2020, and following approval by North Macedonian authorities, the €20 million deal closed on October 1, 2020. A key part of Aspire Global’s growth strategy, the transaction is expected to have a “material positive effect” on the  EBITDA from 2021.
