Scientific Games scores in Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan is the latest target for a Scientific Games retail and digital sports betting and lottery operation.

The company announced this week a 10-year partnership with the country’s national lottery, Azerlotereya, operatd by Demiröwen.

The Ajerbaijani lottery goes back to 2001. The country has a population of 10 million with deep roots in sport.

SG has already chalked up major partnerships with other lotteries, notably in western Canada and in Turkey, where it partnered with Demiröwen.
