This prize pool is the largest provided by a betting platform in esports to date, and includes $100,000 split between 4 qualifiers, and $500,000 being awarded across the grand final tournament. The total prize pool of $600,000 equivalent in Bitcoin is guaranteed.

Set to take place in November 2023, the Thunderpick World Championship 2023 grand final will include eight invited teams (16 total) from around the world, including Evil Geniuses and more top tier esports teams. The remaining 8 spots will be filled through the four qualifier competitions, two for North American teams and two for European teams.

The North American teams participating in the grand finals will conduct their practices in a Thunderpick-sponsored European bootcamp facility to ensure proper resources are available for all teams to participate in the tournament. All qualifying competitions will be held remotely in their respective regions.
