The Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers has announced that its board of the directors has elected a new slate of officers, effective February 1.


This includes a new president, Bob Parente, executive vice president and chief business development officer for Light & Wonder. He succeeds David Lucchese, executive vice president of sales, marketing and digital at Everi, whose leadership helped AGEM navigate the challenges of the last two years. In addition to Parente’s election as president for a two-year term, AGEM also elected the following officers for one-year terms: vice president Elaine Hodgson (Incredible Technologies); vice president Luke Orchard (IGT); vice president David Lucchese (Everi); vice president Tom O’Brien (Aristocrat Gaming); secretary Thomas Jingoli (Konami Gaming); and treasurer Ryan Comstock (Ainsworth Game Technology).
