Celebrating the 25th anniversary of the naming of Merkur Avenue in Espelkamp, Germany – the road that leads to the Gauselmann Group’s principal administration buildings – work has begun on the alteration of the road junction to prepare the way for a five-storey building.

The €14m project will see a 7,000 sq.m office block constructed to accommodate 300 staff members.

Merkur Avenue was named 25 years ago to mark the 60th birthday of Paul Gauselmann and today it houses a string of buildings, most of which are from the Gauselmann Group.
