In a review of the countries of Europe where land-based casinos have been allowed to reopen, Hermann Pamminger, secretary general of the European Casino Association, has revealed that so far eight countries, all in central Europe, have so far restarted.



They are Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Montenegro and Poland.
