Sycuan Casino Resort in the US state of California has chosen the Wipfli tribal specialist group’s casino-specific edition of Sage’s Intacct financial management system to modernise its accounting.
Sage Intacct is a multi-tenant cloud financial management and accounting software solution and is the top customer-rated solution of its kind in the US. It is also the only financial application endorsed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Sycuan operations controller Chris Cousins said: “During the course of our digital transformation process, it became clear that the best-of-breed approach was Sycuan’s way forward.
“Best-of-breed allows for each stakeholder group to research, review and select solutions that are most impactful for them. Our accounting software and processes were outdated and not optimised for Sycuan’s current state and future growth vision.”
“This project will deploy industry-leading functionality, enable greater efficiencies through process automation, enhance data integrity and provide deeper insights via real-time business intelligence for every leader across the organisation,” said Wipfli senior director of tribal business services Jason Winkler.
