BetMGM Partners With Revolutionary Racing Kentucky To Access Kentucky Sports Wagering Market

MGM Resorts International’s flagship sports wagering and iGaming brand BetMGM has revealed that it has signed a market access deal with Revolutionary Racing Kentucky (RRKY). This deal permits BetMGM to enter the Kentucky sports wagering market and deliver its retail and online sports wagering platform to Kentucky players as soon as legalized sports wagering debuts.

Opening of a new retail sportsbook:

Through this partnership, both firms will also open a retail sportsbook, that will be called BetMGM Sportsbook, occupying 5,200 square feet of space. The location of said sportsbook will be Sandy’s Racing & Gaming, an entertainment and gaming complex worth $75 million and found in Ashland.

However, Kentucky’s first quarter horse racetrack and equestrian center will also be built on 182 acres near Sandy, after the said sportsbook opens, with the first races set to begin during 2025.

Revolutionary Racing is an ideal partner, enabling us to deliver an entertaining and responsible gaming experience, while investing in the state through job creation and tax revenue.” In this regard, the CEO of Revolutionary Racing, Prentice Salter, added: “We promised to bring a world-class facility to Ashland and wanted a world-class partner for online sports wagering across the Commonwealth and at our sportsbook lounge. We’ve got that with BetMGM.”
