Kindred coordinated its stakeholders to arrange a number of activities for European Safer Gambling Week 2023 last week.

The company arranged two workshops on responsible gambling as well as attending a responsible gaming seminar and hosting a start-up meeting for a match-fixing project headed by the Swedish Gambling Authority.

The workshops touched on potential opportunities for collaboration on specific responsible gambling issues.

Kindred’s Swedish GM Philip Lagström hosted the second workshop session, which gathered around 25 participants from various industries, responsible gambling researchers and members of parliament.

As a result of Kindred Group’s efforts, Kindred was invited as an expert in a Swedish Gambling Authority-led pre-study on establishing a national platform against match-fixing.
