Legendary gaming software provider NetEnt has just announced the release of two new online slot games, which are would be based on popular media, much like their ICE announcements last year. The already released slot game is based on none other than the highly popular Hell’s Kitchen, run by Gordon Ramsay. The other slot, to be released later in the year ventures into the video game territory, being based on Street Fighter II.

Hell’s Kitchen

Gordon Ramsay is an iconic chef known for the tough love approach and vulgar rants. Over the years, he became an icon of cooking for many people throughout the world. Ramsay appears in numerous shows but his most famous is certainly Hell’s Kitchen. Ramsay also has two restaurants in Las Vegas, one is named Hell and the other Kitchen. NetEnt Director Bryan Upton said: “Gordon Ramsay is a true rock star of the restaurant world. His strong personality and use of colorful vocabulary as front-man of Hell’s Kitchen have earned him a legend status as a multi-Michelin starred celebrity chef, with fans all over the world. Just as importantly, this allows us to produce a true slot with a strong narrative and a lot of adult fun! We can’t wait to see what our players think of what we have in store for them.”

The Street Fighter II

Street Fighter II is a known beat-em-up video game classic released back in 1991, which managed to generate more than $1.2 billion since then. The slot developers plan to keep the retro old look to entice more players to experience their childhood moments and it seems like the game is aiming up to be a huge success.
