DRGT to showcase drReportsBI at ICE

DR Gaming Technology has confirmed that its new-look, web-based drReportsBI software will be showcased at next week’s ICE 2024 event.

The software, which was developed in the company’s offices in Graz, Austria, was first exhibited at G2E Las Vegas last October, but features have been added and tweaked following feedback from the Vegas show.

“Despite the fact that drReportsBI was launched in Las Vegas, and has only been rolled out to a select few casinos, and our European customers have already been asking a lot of questions about it and asking when they can get it,” said MD DRGT Online, Christophe Van Quathem.

“Key discussion points have already been its 100 per cent responsiveness, the fact that it is accessible from any mobile device and that there is really no need for any sort of technical assistance or know-how to install or operate it.”

The company will be showcasing this, and much more including the drApp, at a new location, the South Hall, Stand S6-350.

“The reason [for the move] was primarily driven by a change in the majority of our immediate North Hall neighbours to those servicing the online sector,” explained CEO Jurgen De Munck. “As such, we put in a request to Clarion to assess the possibility of moving to a more let’s call it: ‘land-based section’ of ExCel, and they kindly obliged.”
