BMM Testlabs has been approved as an independent test laboratory to test and certify all gaming equipment for the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians.


The North Carolina-based tribe operates Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort and Harrah’s Cherokee Valley River Casino and Hotel in the state.

“We are honoured that the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians and the State of North Carolina have shown their confidence in BMM’s capabilities to provide our full suite of best-in-class testing and certification services for their thriving jurisdiction,” said BMM Testlabs’ Travis Foley, chief government and regulatory officer.

“We look forward to working with EBCI’s regulators and operators, as well as gaming suppliers, to bring the newest gaming products to the market through EBCI’s support and trust in the integrity and quality of our tools, methodologies, and the technology expertise of BMM’s team.”
