Spanish trade association ANESAR has concluded an agreement with taxation experts Impuestalia that will result in a study on real estate tax for ANESAR members.
The deal, concluded in Madrid this week, will provide a free report on the tax implications for members, including conclusions and whether any savings could be made.
Members can then optimise their taxes or at least have peace of mind that they are in compliance with regulations.
Jose Vall, president of ANESAR, said: “This agreement represents great benefits for our associates and could result in achieving savings in the payment oif IBI (real estate tax).”
ANESAR represents around 3,600 arcades in Spain that employ around 18,000 people and members contribute €200m annually in gambling taxes.
