Wong reappointed Sands China president

Sands China has announced the reappointment of Dr Wilfred Wong Ying Wai as president, the appointment of Grant Chum Kwan Lock as COO and the appointment of Dylan James Williams as general counsel and company secretary.

Wong is being reappointed as president after having served as president and COO since November 2015. Changes to the relevant terms of Wong’s service contract will be disclosed in the next annual report of the company. In his role as president he will provide overall leadership of the company and will focus on the long-term goals and strategic objectives of the business in Macau and the Greater Bay Area.

Chum will assume the responsibilities of the day-to-day operations of the business from Wong after serving as the company’s chief of staff since March 2015. Williams will assume the role of general counsel (in addition to the role of company secretary) after serving as senior vice president of legal and company secretary since January 2017.
