Validator partnership grows during pandemic

Despite a difficult year with the pandemic, Beopay, Innovative Technology’s trading partner in eastern Europe, has managed to strengthen the collaboration.

The company, provides service, support and distribution of ITL validators in Serbia, Bosnia, North Macedonia and Montenegro.

Business development manager for the region Sasha Kragulj said that Beopay had been ITL’s partner in the region for 12 years and, under the circumstances, had a strong year with the validators used in various applications including vending, parking, casino gaming and change machines.

“With Beopay’s help we have managed to retain communications with all of our customers in the region during the pandemic and we continue to plan for growth after the Covid-19 disruption.”

Dejan Bogicevic, for Beopay, said: “The last few months have been hard for everyone but we have kept in close contact with customers to ensure that they are still receiving the same level of service that they are used to. We have helped ITL to generate new datasets for the region, notably for the Spectral product range. This will be essential in improving accessibility and increasing the uptake of ITL’s Spectral in the region in the future.”
