US gaming revenues started this year strong with 13.93 per cent growth to $4.12bn in January, according to Fantini’s National Revenue Report.

Results were aided by casino openings, expanded gaming and better weather than last year. Legacy casino revenue was up 10.47 per cent while sports betting more than tripled last year’s revenue. Slot routes grew 11.8 per cent and igaming soared 98.57 per cent.

Details are in the 123-page National Revenue Report available from Alex Capitle at ACapitle@FantiniResearch.
