TVD Group, whose industry connections include the land-based gaming, hospitality and holiday park sectors, opened its TVD Experience Centre on Wednesday with a dedicated launch event.
The supplier and installer of commercial audio-visual projects showed off its range of technology and explained its ambitious growth forecasts at the new location in Bolton.
Its TVC Technology Solutions brand supplied London’s F1 Arcade, which opened last November, with several large-screen TVs alongside a digital signage system.
The Experience Centre also houses TVC’s sports betting terminals and digital signage and AV products for installation in betting shops alongside casinos, racecourses and adult gaming centres, which it also supplies. Its land-based gaming partners include William Hill and Flutter Entertainment’s Paddy Power.
Bars and restaurants, sports stadia and corporate venues are also on TVC’s radar. The wider group, which is also made up of the group’s own TV brand, Mitchell & Brown, counts Phillips, Samsung and LG among its partners.
Mat Brown, co-founder and director of TVD Group, said the TVD Experience Centre, a £600,000 investment in the group’s existing headquarters, was designed to offer the opportunity to “explore the very latest AV technologies” in “one engaging venue in the north of the UK.”
The centre will now be used, among other purposes, for sector-specific events covering AV for betting shops, retail premises and hotel and leisure venues.
In March, the TVD Group transitioned to an employee-owned business.
Managing director Lucia Maguire said the business is now “perfectly placed to continue its strategic growth.”
“Our ambitions of continued growth, growing our local team, creating a great place to work and our dedication to our customers and the level of service and quality we deliver remains a core focus,” she added.
