There have been some senior management changes at the Gauselmann Group, the German-based developer of gaming machines and major European operator.
From October 1, the management board members, Jürgen Stühmeyer, Werner Schroer and Lars Felderhoff, will hand over the day-to-day running of adp Gauselmann to Dominik Raasch (pictured), Frank Gläser and Jochen Clemens.
Raasch is currently director of product management, Gläser deputy director of R&D and Clemens head of finance and deputy CFO of the company.
Stühmeyer’s role of heading up sales will go to Raasch, who began his career with the group in 2004 as a graduate, moving up through the company as consultant, head of market research, head of brand management and consultant to the management board. He was appointed head of national and international product development in 2019.
Werner Schroer is handing over the R&D department to Gläser, who has been with the group since 2002. He has worked as team leader touchscreen development and head of planning and development of new technologies. He was appointed deputy R&D division manager last year.
The role of heading up administration and finances, held by Lars Felderhoff, will go to Jochen Clemens, who began in the taxation department in 2007 and moved on to assistant to the commercial director, the head of finance and deputy CFO in May 2018.
The company said this week: “This will not bring about any changes in the overall responsibility for the Merkur business segment. Rather, the new appointments will remove the dual function of the three previous managing directors with their respective management board divisions and distribute responsibility within the Merkur business segment across several shoulders.
“At the same time, this new structure will guarantee that the company will continue to make a significant contribution to the corporate success of the Gauselmann Group.”
