The potential for another Las Vegas Strip casino may be there from the purchase of a parcel of land by Station Casinos.


The group has bought 126 acres on the south-west corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Cactus Avenue for $174.4m, says CDC Gaming Reports. The news comes just as Station Casinos announced plans to demolish three currently closed southern Nevada hotels.
